Event: Fashion Show

Our challenge: To supply a venue and a projection medium

How did we do it? We supplied the iSphere.

The L’Oreal Hair dressing awards were hosted inside the 22m inflatable 360° projection sphere. The iSphere was situated on Jumeirah beach in front of the iconic Burj Al Arab Hotel.

The fashion show consisted of a stage and catwalk built inside the sphere, with full lighting and sound. There were 2x LED screens and 400 guests. Models were prepared backstage and entered the iSphere though an air locked rear door, the guests inside the iSphere were immersed in 360° projection visible both inside and out.

Bespoke content was created for the event and projected onto the iSphere when guests arrived. This included branded content and video displays. 
During the fashion show, real time live video feeds were projected onto the sphere.

The Fashion show stage and set were then removed from the iSphere and by the following evening it was transformed in to a fantastic private party venue for the after party.

The outer bar area converted to a chilled candle lit area with relaxed sofas and chairs. The interior of the iSphere was a VIP area and kitted out with LED screen, DJ Decks and sofas.
